We will typically have a 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss how we can best work together to help you meet your goals.
During this visit we will order lab work and book your first in person/telehealth visit.
During your first appointment in person we will review your lab work and discuss what services would best fit your health goals.
If eligible, we will prescribe a medication to best help you meet your goals and start you on your monthly membership plan.
Follow ups with repeat labs and appointments whether virtual or in person on a usual basis.
We do not currently accept insurance.
Weight loss plans and services are charged on a monthly basis.
This monthly cost includes initial visits, follow ups, access to providers via secure text, medications, nutrition and exercise support and a 20% discount on any vitamins/supplements purchased on FullScript.

We partner with various pharmacies to get you affordable and high quality medications.
You can have your visits either in person in our Niagara County location in the village of Newfane, NY or if you prefer, via televisits! Your prescription can be mailed right to you!
