You may choose either of these options where we will order the branded medication straight through the manufacturer ( Eli Lily or Novo Nordisk) who each have their own cash pay programs

We offer a variety of health and wellness services including medical weight loss in Western New York via telehealth or in person at our office in Newfane, NY. Some of the available medications we would prescribe for weight loss are listed above.

We will typically have a 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss how we can best work together to help you meet your goals.
During this visit we will order lab work and book your first in person/telehealth visit.
During your first appointment in person we will review your lab work and discuss what services would best fit your health goals.
If eligible, we will prescribe a medication to best help you meet your goals and start you on your monthly membership plan.
Follow ups with repeat labs and appointments whether virtual or in person on a usual basis.
We do not currently accept insurance.
Weight loss plans and services are charged on a monthly basis.
This monthly cost includes initial visits, follow ups, access to providers via secure text, medications, nutrition and exercise support and a 20% discount on any vitamins/supplements purchased on FullScript.

Oral weight loss memberships start at $150/month
GLP-1 weight loss memberships start at $200/month

We partner with various pharmacies to get you affordable and high quality medications.
You can have your visits either in person in our Niagara County location in the village of Newfane, NY or if you prefer, via televisits! Your prescription can be mailed right to you!
