4. Discuss TRT treatment plans with provider 
5. Prescriptions will be mailed directly to you in discrete packaging 
6. Follow ups and lab work will be completed every 3-6 months

• In Person Consult - $160 due at time of booking. This fee will be applied to your first month membership cost, if you choose to proceed.
